Welcome to Heart of Texas Corvette Club!

Heart of Texas Corvette Club (HOTCC) is a non-profit social club, headquartered at Don Ringler Chevrolet in Temple, Texas. HOTCC is a social and service club for persons having a common interest in the appreciation, construction, and operation of Chevrolet Corvettes. HOTCC promotes fellowship among Corvette enthusiasts through the dissemination of technical and practical information, business meetings, and social activities. HOTCC promotes community involvement through charitable activities. HOTCC hosts social activities, rallies, tours, and charity events.

 

HOTCC Meetings

Heart of Texas Corvette Club meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:15 p.m. at Don Ringler Chevrolet, 7777 S General Bruce Dr, Temple, TX 76502.  The meetings usually last about an hour. If you are interested in joining or just want to find out more about the club, we invite you to attend the next meeting.

HISTORY:
Heart of Texas Corvette Club hosted its second car show on Saturday, October 18, 2014, at Confederate Park in Belton.  The day included over 100 awesome entries, great music, delicious food, and fun.  Many items were offered in a silent auction as well as a 50/50 drawing for a cash prize. Thanks to all participants and special thanks to our sponsors - Don Ringler Chevrolet, Ron and Pam Grimwood, Temple Iron and Metal Co., McLane Company, Tim and Leslie Milliken,  Overspend Custom & Collision, and McGuire Tire.

To Members of our Club:  NOW is the time to start thinking about volunteering for the planning and execution of this year's car show. We will need help to include but not limited to: pre-registration, registration, parking, judging, score tabulation, 50/50 drawings, silent auction, awards presentations,  and photography. Don't wait to be asked. Volunteer now. Let Susan Zoch know how you will contribute your time and talents into making this year's show another great success.

REGIONAL /LOCAL EVENT

BELTON CRUISE HOP. Always the third Friday of the month (Friday, April 17, 2015) at the Belton Courthouse square. Bring your ride for display, visit with other car owners, and have dinner with fellow members and others at a nearby restaurant. Participants begin parking their cars around the square between 5:30 & 6:00 p.m. See you there.

OUR MONTHLY BUSINESS MEETING
Tuesday, May 5, 2015, 6:15 p.m. at Don Ringler Chevrolet, 7777 S. I-35 at Exit 294 B, Temple, TX     Planning for the October car show will be an item on the agenda. Distribution of ball caps, patches, decals, & certificates will continue for those members who did not get theirs at the last meeting.

Not a Member?? We invite you to attend this meeting to find out what our club is all about. The meeting usually lasts 45 minutes.  Following the conclusion of the meeting, many members retire to a nearby restaurant for a meal and conversation.

LOCAL/REGIONAL EVENT

SPJST CAR SHOW. Saturday, May 2, 2015 @ SPJST Lodge #47, Seaton Star Hall, 10842 State Highway 53, Temple, TX. Registration is from 8 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Judging will begin at 11 a.m. Awards will be presented beginning at 3 p.m. This is a great show, hosted by SPJST by two of our club members, David and Melanie Zavodny. Please make every effort to attend this event and show your car. This is one of the top car shows in our local area. Don't miss it!
